Lädt der Akku das Gerät auf, wenn ich den Fresh Strap verwende?

Ja, es lässt sich sowohl mit dem Handgelenk- als auch mit dem Bizepsband aufladen, wie in den Videos unten gezeigt. Versuchen Sie zur Fehlerbehebung, den Akku umzudrehen und ihn dann wieder aufzuschieben. Stellen Sie außerdem sicher, dass die Firmware Ihres Akkus auf dem neuesten Stand ist.

Wie lange dauert der Versand in die USA?

Sie sollte in 3 bis 4 Tagen bei Ihnen sein. Ihre Bestellung wird an dem Tag ausgeführt, an dem Sie sie aufgeben. 

Ihr habt keine Farbe, die mir gefällt, könnt ihr eine Sonderanfertigung machen?

Bitte teilen Sie uns die gewünschte Farbe mit, und wir werden versuchen, sie zu realisieren. Neue Farben werden in regelmäßigen Abständen auf Grund der großen Nachfrage veröffentlicht.

Der Fresh Strap funktioniert bei mir nicht, was mache ich falsch?

Please note that as stated in the listing, the U Shaped bracket's bar isn't going to pop into the hook but it'll remain secure when closed. Please refer to the How it Works page and view the video to learn how to put it on. Do not use pliers to crimp the hook, this will destroy it and render it useless.

 

The Fresh Strap's device attachment is too loose, how can I fix it?

What's included with the Fresh Strap?

The Fresh Strap comes with the band and the device attachment, the device and U shaped bracket are not included. Please note that the hook and device attachment are black on all bands.

 

What are the best practices for maintaining my Fresh Strap?

The Fresh Strap is fairly durable, the only suggestions we have are: 

1) Do not wash them in the washer and dryer

2) Do not take it on/off like a rubber band, open it up and take it on/off properly.

3) Adjust the strap by pulling it through the attachment vertically, rather than away from the device. As shown below, this is to prevent you from snapping the attachment.
