30 Day Return Policy
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. If an item arrives damaged the buyer has 7 days to communicate that to the seller, the buyer takes responsibility after that period. The buyer must request AND return the items within 30 days. Buyer cannot start return process and send back items after the 30 days, this will result in loss of product with no refund. Buyer must return to the PROVIDED address, if returned to ship from address without approval, refunds are void.

Disclaimer:

Buyer is responsible for entering their address correctly, wrong addresses void any refunds. Customers outside the US/UK/EU are responsible for facilitating the delivery of their items If they do not do so and the item is returned to the sender, refunds are void. (i.e. If you need to correspond with the local post, please do so).

If buyer requests a replacement they must have kept their original item.

Do not take the Fresh Strap on and off like a rubber band, you may break it.

BOGO DEAL: When you buy one item, you'll automatically get a second one of the same type for free at checkout. You need to add it to your cart. For example, if you purchase a wristband, you'll receive another wristband at no extra cost but only if you put it in your order. This offer doesn't apply to different items; for example: buying a wristband won't get you a free bicep band. The BOGO deal also only applies to gray bicep bands as well. Offer ends 12/3 at noon PST. Only one promo will be applied.
